Reflexologist

I gained my Diploma in Reflexology at the Three Shires School of Reflexology. This qualification is accredited by the Association of Reflexologists which ensures that high standards of training are maintained. I gained a distinction and have since completed post graduate training in Maternity Reflexology and First Aid. I am a full member of the Assocaition of Reflexologists and am fully insured.

I have been receiving reflexology treatments myself for over 12 years so have experienced the benefits first hand. Reflexology has helped me recover from Myalgic Encephalitis (ME) and supported me through pregnancy as well as helping me maintain a healthy mind and body.

As well as running my own practice I also do voluntary work with the Alzheimers Society given reflexology treatments to carers and people with Alzheimers and dementia.

I am committed to offering the best quality of treatment to my clients and as such undertake regular training to keep my skills up to date and develop my knowledge. I am always happy to receive feedback on the service I provide.
