Treatments are carried out in my relaxation room located in the grounds of my house in Flitwick.

To ensure you get the most from your treatment, a consultation takes place at the first appointment. During this time you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and any health problems can be discussed in complete confidence. This information will help to formulate your own personal treatment plan.

For the treatment, only your shoes and socks need to be removed and you can then recline on a comfortable couch. After a soothing foot massage to help you relax, light pressure is applied to different areas of the feet.

Many people fall asleep during the treatment or drift into a state of deep relaxation. The treatment lasts about 45 minutes but you should allow about an hour for each appointment. The first treatment will take longer so please allow an additional 15 minutes.

As part of your personal treatment plan a number of further treatments may be suggested to you. Your progress will be discussed at each treatment and the plan reviewed as required. If you have any concerns between treatments I am always happy to discuss these with you.
