Many of us lead busy and stressful lives and I believe that everyone can benefit from taking some time out and finding space for the mind and body to relax and rejuvenate. We all need to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing and reflexology is an effective and enjoyable way to do this.

My practice is based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire and is easy to get to from

Bedford, Leighton Buzzard, Luton and most areas of Mid Bedfordshire.
